“The first day that we arrived, our key was not working. We had to go down to the office and get another key and yet again it was not working and this was at night time and even the the clerk his key was not working. I guess our door whatever it was was not working. We had to wait till tomorrow morning for the maintenance to show up and then the guy ended up calling the manager, and he broke through our window in order for us to get into our room so we couldn’t even leave our room if we wanted……
