“I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate……

“We had a great stay in this property! The unit was clean and perfectly set up for a weekend stay. I went with my children and a grandparent. The views from the living room were phenomenal -- even though we weren't beachfront, we could see the beach from multiple points. “Room was clean and ready when we arrive. We got the linen package and towels and had what we needed for the beds except pillows. There were 2 pillows on the bed, but no pillows for the pull out couches. “Very cute little place. It’s about a 15 min walk to the end of the boardwalk. There are a few nice little restaurants a few blocks away. Parking is easy. The beach is right there which was awesome.There is a kitchen and washer/dryer (don’t forget to bring detergent if you plan to use it) which is very nice.
