Lovely, accommodating property close to all that make Ocean Isle a great family vacation destination. Appreciated open spaces and rooms for larger families. Great home/location/owners!

Overall, our experience was great. Tate was super easy to communicate with, and the check-in/check-out process was great. The location is perfect on the canal, and it's easy to get to all of the restaurants, etc. We would stay in this home again and recommend to others!

Beautiful view of ICW

The house was great. Well loved all it had to offer. There were a few minor issues that I communicated with Tate. The issues were resolved while we were there. Tate was great tk work with. We spent alot of time indoors due to Hurricane Debby, it was nice that we had space for everyone to be comfortable. Looking forward to staying again, with better weather.

Great Place!

My family and I LOVED our stay at this beautiful house in Ocean Isle. TONS of amenities, including one of the best stocked kitchens I've ever encountered in a rental! Our teens loves the golf cart & kayaks. Beautiful views & very convenient to the beach. Hope to stay again next year!!

Family Trip

This was our first visit to Ocean Isle and the home was perfect for our family. Our kids really enjoyed all of the amenities and the location to the beach was great. We look forward to returning.

Cozy & Tranquil Cottage House

I stayed here during the offseason (February) and had and had a great experience staying at this place. The owners are highly responsive and the check-in is super easy and contactless. At the House: The Master BR is spacious and on the main floor (the other 3 BR's are upstairs and one of them has a nice deck with great views). The screened in porch is awesome - great for listening to music, drinking coffee and adult beverages. The downstairs area has Adirondack chairs and overlooks the canal. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and overlooks the den/living room, so I could cook and watch TV. Logistics: It's about a 10 min walk to the beach, and a straight shot to a public boardwalk - across the street is a very nice area with multi-million dollar houses. I felt very safe there and it's quiet/peaceful. It's about a 15 minute walk to Coastal Wine & Tap and Pelican's Perch as well. Overall: I loved this place and didn't want to leave. It felt like home!!

Great waterfront location

Perfect spot for ICW access - house has all amenities needed and very comfortable. We brought boat up the ICW and towed a jetski - dock was convenient for qick water access. Stores and restaurants close. We would stay again.

Overall, very accommodating, but…

We enjoyed the house and felt that it matched the description. The kitchen was stocked very well, including both gas and charcoal grills. The child’s table was a nice touch and our 2 yr old used it. Mostly everything about the house was fine, but we had to withhold a star due to the stove and air filter. The range is super old and gave us some trouble on multiple occasions. After some sneezing we checked the air filter to find that it hadn’t been changed in a VERY long time.

Ocean Isle Fourth of July

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Property was very clean, ideal bedroom/bathroom situation and well-furnished. Owners were very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the boat dock (since we brought our boat) and the views of the intracoastal waterway and from the back porches. Very pleased with this home and hope to return next year!

Holiday Family Trip

Everything about the house was everything as described in overview. Tate and Davis were great to work with. They went the extra mile to have everything in place for our trip. House location is wonderful - sits on a canal - not far from the beach access. 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths and all well appointed. We found lots to do in the evenings and explored the island during the day with the golf cart available for rental by owner. Highly recommend staying at this house and it’s pet friendly! Thanks for all the added amenities.

Peaceful porches overlook the coastal waterway

There's a porch for every time of the day. West facing screen porch for meals, front porch with rockers looks east and is shady most of the day. Open upper deck for afternoon sun or nightime star gazing.
