Wonderful rental

We visited for 3 nights in July and the cleanliness really stood out for us. We had 6 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The entire place was very comfortable, the beds are firm so be prepared for that, the front room furniture was very comfy, I fell asleep on the couch a couple of times.... if you choose this one you will be happy with your stay.

Family Vacation

We stayed here for our family vacation. We really liked the condo and the location. The pool was fantastic. I wish we were informed about the amount of towels they were going to give us. Towels were included but only gave us 6 towels for 6 people for the whole week. No face or hand towels given. Not enough in my opinion. Everything else was great.

Quiet, Comfortable, and Relaxing

I took 5 teenage girls to the beach, so I needed plenty of room for them to congregate and sleep. Also, because this was senior week - I needed a quiet place for them away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. This place gave us everything and more. It is a very quiet and calm neighborhood. The house was outstanding, with most of the amenities that I have in my own home! The beds were a little too firm for my taste, but the girls were pleased with them. Tons of pillows, linens, and a very comfy couch designed for TV watching. With that many girls, it was also important to have full sized bathrooms and plenty of mirrors :) which this house had in spades. This would be suitable for families, groups with children, and folks looking for quiet within 20 minutes of the beach. I would recommend this home to anyone with those needs.

Nice, relaxing stay. The place was spacious, clean and quiet. Enjoyed the screened in porch. Washer and dryer were a plus. Our son loved the reclining chair. Convenient location to the beach, restaurants and stores. Surrounding grounds were nice as well.

We had a long weekend girls’ trip and checked in easily. However, we encountered a minor issue with the lock code during our stay. The property manager promptly fixed the problem. The house was clean and comfortable. However, the kitchen lacked a few basic items, such as a colander, and extra garbage bags were not provided. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect fit for our family

We really enjoyed everything about this property. The location is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy and we loved being able to check-in with the key code. It has the perfect size beds and space to fit our family. Everything was very clean and the sectional sofa was so nice for all of us to relax when we took a break from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, with a great big couch and living room. Very comfortable for our 6 person family with plenty of room for a toddler to run around. Easy 10 min drive to beach. Plenty of parking at the beach as long as you get there before 10.

Extremely clean but…

I love that this place was extremely clean. Honestly, you could have performed surgery! That’s the best I can do for this review… As soon as we got there I received a text about the cleanliness of the place. My response was “yes! Extremely clean. Ask me what else?” No response. Cleanliness is important to me, but for the amount of money that I pay for a short term rental, I expect more. There were no extras- by that I mean there was no salt and pepper, no coffee, no coffee filters, no condiments, no paper plates, no sponges, no soap, etc. There was no home away from home and feeling. I love going to places where I know if I want to cook a full meal I have at least most of the things that I would need to feel at home. You will not get this here. This may seem a bit diva-ish but I have been doing Airbnb’s and VRBO’s for many, many years and every place I have been there has been some type of “extra”. The minute I walked into the place it immediately felt extremely corporate. I had to go to a separate place to check in and get my keys before I could even go to my rental. This was an extreme inconvenience after a 7 hour drive in traffic - I have never done this before and it sucked. I really love dealing with a private owner! Also, you are very far away from the beach. Do not think that you can walk there because it is a good 3 to 4 mile drive down a busy road until you get to the beach area. Bethany beach is great. We saw dolphins every day. I would not pay extra fees for the amenities or shuttle. Overr free all not what I expected but we booked late in the season. But, if you are looking for a quiet and clean place, this is it. PS. I Never write reviews and overall I am a pretty chill and easy-going gal. But for some reason I felt like I needed to write a review. I think what compelled me the was the extremely corporate and sterile feel of the whole experience.
