「The area was good. The stay was not that great. The hotel was hot. The elevators did not work. It was a struggle getting to the first floor from the fourth floor. The staff seemed to be annoyed by the elevators being broken.」

「Room was great; the whole placed smelled great & clean. I really liked the electric window shade. Breakfast was good. I took one star off because I particularly requested a walk-in shower but instead I got a very slippery tub and nearly fell despite numerous grab bars. I will continue to use this hotel since my family lives here that I visit.」

「I rented 2 rooms for my daughter's 10th birthday. We had 4 little girls sleep over. Our main activity was to swim and have a pajama party. Well, the pool was closed. Did not know this until we were unpacked and all of the little girls arrived!! Very disappointed! We stay a couple times a year for "staycations". The maintenance of the hotel has definitely gone down hill a bit. Our bathroom had mold and peeling paint on the ceiling. The front staff was pretty clueless. The elevator floor was...
