The apartment is small (27 sq m), but very cozy, with an unusual design. in a small area, everything is thought out and placed so that it would be convenient and comfortable to spend time. it will be convenient for everyone, both those who have come on business and who want to relax and get acquainted with the city's attractions, which are within walking distance.
Duplex apartment with a bedroom area on the second floor with a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe. There is also a seating area on the ground floor with a sofa, two armchairs and a large screen TV, cable TV. The kitchen area is separated from the relaxation area by a bar counter with comfortable bar stools, where you can take food or just chat over a cup of coffee or tea. In the kitchen you can prepare your favorite meals. Dishes and everything you need for cooking. The bathroom has a shower stall. It has all the necessary equipment: air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle and more.

This apartment is everything that I wanted. Only down side is that there was a night club very close by and went up to 4am every morning. So I had to come back during the day to get some sleep. Other than this I would recommend this place.
