“Just lost all my money. Could’t get in touch with the host. No showing, no replies. The phone is off. Spent half a day outside and then had to rent a hotel room. And since it’s I refundable - I just lost money and time. Stay away from this property and its host. Scam!!’”

“The location - the hotel is in the basement w/o any view and operates under another name. Consider asking for a code to enter the yard. Very clean, seems to be either new or renovated. A room for three people is quite a narrow option, but still manageable. The property has an aircon, but feels airless. Yet, the service is great and it was a pleasant stay for us.”

I was in an unusual situation, renting from the the USA for two of my Ukrainian friends who were visiting Odessa for a little vacation from Kyiv. My friend's made the drive from Kyiv to Odessa and didnt pre-book a place to stay so i helped them find a place with time running out on a Friday night just before midnight curfew.
