** Across the street is a rundown house who keep items outside. It won’t affect your stay, but we like guests to know.

• Two Sequestered King Rooms: Each king bedroom is located at opposite ends of the home, giving guests plenty of space and privacy. One King room has a twin bed and a rollaway bed stored in the closet for flexible sleeping arrangements for your little one(s). Both feature ample storage, and easy access to a full bathroom.

• Third Bedroom – Perfect for Groups or Kids: This room includes three twin beds plus another rollaway twin bed.

• Large Living Spaces: The open dining area room flows into the kitchen and living area, creating a welcoming gathering space.

• Game Room Retreat: A massive heated and cooled game room offers endless entertainment, with room for pool, poker, foosball, and more.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Centrally located for easy access from every part of the home. Or BBQ outside on the Weber propane grill.

Guest Access
The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the house and backyard. Guests do not have access to the housekeeping closet. The brick fence is about 4.5’ tall. All local guests must contact us prior to booking.

Interaction with guests
We are a self check-in, contactless home. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
We will be available on the app or through the number we will provide to you. Our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a quick message or phone call away!

* This home is located in a county area with a mix of stick-built houses, manufactured homes, and RVs. Across the street, there is a property in need of maintenance, and the owners store a number of items outside. While this does not affect the comfort or safety of your stay, we like to share this so guests know what to expect.
– There may be loose dogs since there are no county pet laws.
– Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
– There is a two step staircase to enter the property and a three step staircase to go into the 3rd bdrm.
– The game room also has two steps to get on the stage. Please don't leave toddlers in the game room unattended.
– For safety and septic system care, we can allow up to 14 guests/visitors of guests at a time in the home.
