5 day stay.

Check in was simple, staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, nice en-suite. I made a couple of requests, one of which was for tea and coffee making facilities, which the hotel was very quick to address. However, I did expect teabags and milk to accompany the kettle and cups.! (As we usually find in UK). Overall, a comfortable place to stay and ideally located too.

I liked the pleasant help and the morning breakfast buffet. I was disappointed that food is no longer served in the diniing room after breakfast. I missed the salmon and Ukrainian food I used to get in that room.

Отель не стоит своих денег. Ничего не указывает на то, что это отель 4*. Неприветливый персонал. Наш номер был в корпусе 2. Чтобы попасть туда, нужно пройти через совершенно неуютный двор. Не знаю, как в основном корпусе, но здесь все максимум на 2-3 звезды. Особенно впечатлил размер лифта. Он на столько узкий, что мы втроем с трудом в него поместились. Номер был чистый, но очень обычный, на 3 звезды. На фото номера выглядят красивее.

Well, the only thing I didn't like was king size bed, considering I was staying there with my 25 y.o. son. Apparently I didn't realize all room with terrace have king size beds. But it was my fault. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Everything was great at this little hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful they also had a good breakfast. But they have no gym and this is a minus. But a big smile to this hotel anyway )

The new part is really nice if you can stay on the 6th floor. The sea port is a little noisy but great location nice room good bed would definitely recommend and stay there again.
