“This house was incredible. It had absolutely everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), laundry room, plenty of extra towels for pool. Pool, dog and kid toys. Everything was clean and in good condition. This has been our best rental experience to date. ”

“Enjoyed our stay at GMa Cabin. A huge house with plenty of rooms and beds for multiple clans. Only negative comment is there was no toilet paper and counters and dishes were a little dusty. Definitely not a deal killer. Beautiful surroundings with plenty to do 20 minutes back towards KC.”

“My sisters and I (4 of us) rented this home for our annual sister trip. It's located in an excellent location. You are close enough to enjoy activities in Independence or KC MO. But it's tucked away at the end of a quiet street allowing a great get away from crowds and noise. The owner (Rich) is nice and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. ”

“We were in town for a funeral with family and extended family. It was really great - with lots of space to spread out, and also a great location.”

“Hot tub not working, icky water and cover half off, broken loungers by pool, some very strange people hanging around…. One women sat at front desk with pajamas and robe, very inprofesaional. Price we paid on VRBO was more than if just calling and booking. Room was decent. We had underwater left in drawer we took to front desk. Asked for clean towels and toilet paper, no one available so had to take down ourselves, no matching towels and no wrapped toilet paper. Very strange place - do not……

“First, finding the house was a bit of a challenge. It's a bit hidden from the main road and not all map programs seemed to know where to go. The host is trying to get that corrected. The online photos did make the rooms look a bit larger than they actually were, AND we old folks with bad knees found the stairs to the bedrooms a bit challenging, but other than that, it was the perfect headquarters for a long overdue family reunion. The host was amazing, responding instantly every time I called……
