「Hilary and Mark, mother and son were both very pleasant and helpful. Some good suggestions about different places to visit in the area.」

「Very clean. Host was excellent.」

「Great place to stay and honest trustworthy staff 5 stars. I left my wallet and keys in the room and the staff kept everything safe for me. Many thanks」

「Lovely little cottage. We did find going up and down stairs tricky. Would have Been nice if their was instructions on how to use tv and hot tub. Woke a few times in the night of something running up and down in the ceiling . Sofa in the lounge very uncomfortable to sit on .」

「Had a lovely, spacious room with a king size bed and lifesaving portable air con Very nice bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities excellent. The property is only a 2 minute walk from 3 pubs, 2 restaurants, a convenience store, tea room and the train station. But you hear no noise. There is parking outside the property.」

The walls were damp, the shower was broken, the wash...

「Clean place」

We were unable to take a shower before going out to our party. Very disappointing after a very warm day. When we got into bed one side of the bed was broken and I collapsed onto the floor. Do not book this place.」

The phone number provided for help wasn't even in service at the time. The property itself is filthy - the room was just about liveable for one night, but I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets. It feels more like a bedsit or HMO than proper guest accommodation. The rooms smell strongly of mould and...
