「A group of us (6 couples) came to Georgia to attend the Combat Veterans Associations Nationals in Athens. As a large group we wanted a comfortable place to stay nearby and the Riverhouse in Monroe was perfect! Very spacious, very clean, quiet area and beautiful property and home. 「My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming lake house. The home was large, and the hardwood floors were beautiful. The backyard was PERFECT for small kids (and our dogs) to play! Lots of room to explore safely! The walk to the lake is probably about .6 miles away with a few hills, so keep that in mind. But it is a beautiful walk. I am still wearing my badge of honor scrapped knee lol. Once you get to the lake, the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was so much fun to swim in...

「Unique property. Very quiet, back to nature. We didn't have a horse but it would be a great location for those that would like to ride trails and/or have an arena and stables. Host was very helpful as we had a later arrival. We stayed at the Wisteria. Had everything we needed. Host answered any questions very quickly.」
