"The hotel is nice and well maintained, and the lounge and bar area are especially enjoyable. The live band was excellent and added to the overall atmosphere. However, our experience at the bar was disappointing. The server was quite pushy, rushing us to order drinks, food, and even dessert in quick succession, which didn’t allow us time to relax and enjoy the ambiance. Later, she asked us to close out our tab because her shift was ending, which felt unprofessional and rude. Additionally, the bartender prepared a drink for my wife that had far too much milk and not enough of the actual ingredients, and even shared part of her drink with another couple. The glass was also filled with an excessive amount of ice, leaving very little actual cocktail. Overall, while the hotel itself is very pleasant, the bar service significantly detracted from our experience."

"Breakfast was awful. The sausage patties had slime, the pancakes were hard, the eggs looked weird as if they were reheated multiple times, and the potatoes were overcooked and hard. The rooms smelled musty and the carpet looked dirty with stains. This is by far the worst Hilton hotel I’ve stayed at. "

"Location is off Brice Rd and I70. There is a traffic light at the intersection to enter property, which is very helpful with the amount of road construction in the area. The hotel was clean. There is a lounge (no bar) and an exerquise equipment room. Service was great. They were helpful and provided extra towels when asked. The room amenities were good with fridge, microwave, and TV. Ample outlets on night stands with standard plugs and USB. Bathroom was comfortably spacious enough for two people. Beds were not the most comfortable. Continental breakfast is available. (Rm 112, Double Queen Size beds)"
