「This is a decent hotel. The issue we experienced was that our room thermostat did not work. The only employee on duty was at the front desk during a Holiday weekend. However, we figured out how to turn on the fan manually. It appears this hotel is understaffed. The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as possible.」
