We stayed 3 nights on the top floor 10, labelled as premium floor. It has a great view of the ocean. Excellent condition of the property, it is thoroughly modernised and well maintained. Service quality is great. Very pleasant stay. You may not have convenient public transport. Should have a car. The restaurants in the property isn’t that great in my opinion.

Place a little outdated. They didn’t have a microwave or an iron for clothes. The room was somewhat clean flat surfaces still have a bit of dust however clean.

Check if Oiso Long Beach is open during your stay first. I did not. Rooms are slightly dated but still nice. The location is nice to look at but not so great for those without a car. The nearest public transport is a bus and thats 10 minutes away and another 10-15 to the train station. Food outside the hotel is also a 10 minute walk, but the food inside the hotel is good. Try their take out for way cheaper prices. Staff here will struggle with english, but they will try hard. Last, it feels like the hotel is not meant to be walked to or out of by design so eating in becomes more favorable.

Excellent experience for anyone who is visiting Japan. Abit pricey, but the leisure travel here was very exceptional. Staff could be abit more friendly, but overall I will come back again definitely!

Would have been great it the water park was open but it was being painted. Also the only bar in the hotel was in the pool/spa area which we weren’t allowed in because my husband had a small tattoo on his shoulder. Apart from a Chinese restaurant and a 7/11, there are no other options within walking distance.

The property, room, service, and staff were great. I was disappointed in the Chinese Restaurant. The menu listed very expensive entrees large enough for two persons, but the portion size was very small and not even large enough for one person. We ordered small draft beer but were charged for the larger size. Surprisingly, we were unexpectedly charged a 1300 yen service charge when we went to pay. We will not return or recommend for these reasons.

Alles war gut bis auf die Bezahlung am Ende. Wir haben 6 Zahlungsmöglichkeiten gegeben die sie nicht annehmen konnten, obwohl auf ihrer Karte stand das sie diese annehmen. Wir hatten 4 Kreditkarten dabei und dabei sogar auch noch Wechat pay. Dies wurde alles nicht angenommen. Nach einer Stunde wurden wir gebeten zu Lawson zu gehen unten und 7/11 obwohl ich denen klar gesagt habe das es dort nicht ginge. Nach 2 Stunden wurden wir gebeten ein Taxi zu einer Bank zu nehmen die das Hotel vorgeschlagen haben. Dies war keine Internationale Bank sondern eine große regionale. Wir mussten dann noch die Kosten von dem Taxi von 100€ übernehmen. Dazu brauchten wir noch 1 Stunde zur nächsten Bank. Am Ende kostete es uns 100€ mehr plus 4 Stunden.

スパのインフィニティプールからの景色が最高! カウンターバーでドリンクを頼んでまるで海外のリゾートにいるような感じです。 4種類のサウナもあり、特に気に行ったのは『石』のサウナの岩盤浴です。気持ちよくて寝てしまいます〜 客室は低層階でしたが、海とプールが見えて開放感がありました。 食事なしプランだったので、夕食は中華レストランでアラカルトで注文。特に周年記念の黒酢酢豚が本当に美味しかったです。

海に面した高台にあり眺望は抜群。部屋を含めホテル全体が大変きれいで、気持ち良く滞在できた。またスタッフの方々も、とても応対が良く教育の高さが感じられる。 大磯駅からのアクセスはバスかタクシーになるが、私の場合バスの時間が合わず往復ともタクシーを利用。できれば11時のチェックアウトに合わせたホテルの送迎バスが欲しい。

スタッフの方が皆さん笑顔でとても親切に対応してくださいました。 キラキラ輝く青い海を見ながらいただく朝食バイキングは最高の気分でした。オムレツを作ってくださるスタッフの方が美味しいトッピングを教えてくださって楽しい会話も交えながら、とっても良い時間が過ごせました。 お風呂も清潔で朝焼けを見ながらの入浴はこれまた最高でした。 近くの観光地もアドバイスしてくださって本当に皆さん親切でした。 是非またもう一度行きたいと思いました ありがとうございました。
