“The property has impressive views even with overcast skies, very relaxing layout, and off the busy streets, so its quiet. Ventura is a nice city with everything nearby and plenty to do. We loved being able to pop back forth with all the different events, and the home is just up the hill. We can't coment on the sunsets as we didn't see the sun during our 5 day stay, but we assume it's really nice when it happens! The modern touches to the inside are really nicely done, and I found the living……

“My husband and I plus our son, DIL, and their 5yo and 17 mo children were very comfortable in this nicely-appointed home. Everything needed was there in the house. There were even bikes and a wagon/cart and a hot tub. It’s one block to the ocean! It’s 10 minutes to the zoo. It’s less than 10 minutes to downtown. Great location! Excellent communication with the property manager. A well-run rental! We’d love to come back!”

“My friends and I stayed here to attend a wedding at the Moxi (a 10 minute walk away). The location was so convenient to both State St and the venue. The house was clean and comfortable—perfect as a home base for close friends who don’t mind sharing some bathroom space and weren’t looking to cook meals at home.”

“The house was perfect for our family--4 couples and 7 children. Roomy for some quiet time if desired and plenty of seating for together time. The set-up was great, kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Tech stuff all worked. Plenty of beach toys for the little ones. I live in the area and needed a BIG place for all my family and this worked out very well. Would stay again.”

“The location is amazing making it easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, the beach or just stroll around tasting wine. Great to have garage parking and home was appointed well. Minor complaint is that the pillows could be replaced or offer more options as they are very flat and both my husband and I walked away from our stay with sore necks. Note asking us not to use the elevator which was fine for us but should be noted and while we didn’t cook or grill it appeared that the grill may not be……
