"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "部屋が広く、ダイニングテーブルや洗濯機・乾燥機も完備してある素晴らしい部屋です。 営業時間外のチェックインだったため、SMSでチェックイン方法や駐車場の場所・進入方法などが分かりやすい説明がありました。また、駐車場は別料金（税込600円）になりますが、カード払い専用URLが送られてきて、そこから迷うこと無く決済できました。 ただ、全国旅行支援を利用して宿泊したのですが、地域クーポンのやり取りで非常に不愉快な思いをしました。 確認の電話があった際に、地域クーポンは大人2名分の6枚渡しますと伝えられ、子供の分は？と聞くと12歳未満でも接種証明や陰性証明があればクーポンを出せるとの返事。確認してくださいと伝えるも、マニュアルに書かれてあるとの一点張り。その場は分かりましたと電話を切りました。 大人の接種証明をメールで送るときに、福岡県の公式サイトに「※12歳未満のお⼦様は、ワクチン・検査を適⽤した同居する親等の監護者が同伴する場合には、予防接種済証等の証明は不要です。」と書かれている旨の説明を記入し送信したところ、翌日、身分証明書だけあれば地域クーポンを渡せるという返事が来ました。"

"数々ヴィラに宿泊してきましたが、まだ始めたばかりとの事で設備が整っていませんでした。 (食洗機、炊飯器、洗濯機無し、鍋3つのみ、お茶碗無し、虫除け道具やバーベキュー道具) 住宅街の1軒家にお泊まりにきた感じです。 大人数で宿泊可能とありますが…トイレにドアが無く、お風呂場はガラス張りでプライバシー保護ができない環境です。 洗面台も高さが高く、女性や子供は利用しにくいです。 期待しただけに、残念でした。"

"We, a family of three stayed in a clean and spacious room for six nights. We were welcomed by helpful and very polite staff. Quiet area around and a supermarket was nearby.
