The staff at the counter are friendly and the service is good. The accommodation is very close to the tram station and the transportation is convenient.

工事中の騒音

よく利用しているホテルです。駅から近くてとても立地も良く、スタッフも丁寧でお気に入りのホテルです。しかし今回は改装工事中に当たってしまい、部屋の中にいても、日中はすごく騒音が酷かったので、低めの評価です。でも、お気に入りのホテルなので、また利用したいと思います。

出張のため利用しました。快適に眠ることができ、疲れも取れました。ただ、鏡に謎の茶色いシミ？みたいなものがついていたことと、ベッドのシーツが一部破れていたことが気になりました。また、私は特に気にしませんでしたが、全客室フロアが吹き抜けになっているので、廊下で話している声などが他の階まで聞こえることがあります。全体的には立地もよく、スタッフさんの印象もよく、部屋も上であげた気になる点以外は清潔でとてもよかったです。あ、便座は冷たくてびっくりしました(笑)

広めなビジネスホテル。便利な場所にあり静かで過ごしやすかった。部屋を出ると電気が切れるので戻って来ると部屋が蒸し暑い。ドアの下から熱気が入ってくるのでタオルで塞ぎ部屋が冷えた後は除湿モード。外出時はカーテンもしっかり閉めておくといい。
