Back unit of a two-unit property with private entrance and parking in the carport. The rear bedroom now has corrected airflow after HVAC and vent service. The home does not have fully central HVAC — the back room uses supplemental cooling. Verified electrical check and outlet repairs completed.

Description of property was false

Front bedroom was fine. Back bedroom was not receiving a/c which was in front living room. Bedroom also had only one electrical outlet. Description of house stated it had HVAC central air. It DID NOT.
