Coffee pot in the room did not work. Cold water in bar sink did not work. One table lamp did not work. Carpet was filthy and sticky. No extra pillows or bedding for sofa bed. Minimal towels and wash cloths. No emergency evacuation plan on the door. No information in the room regarding the hotel, TV or area.

I will never stay here again…. Starting off we were greeted by a lady sitting down in the main area talking with her friend and goes “Oh”. Not no hello…. Than she talks about how we will be charged an extra $50 a day ? For what ? Get to the room, the key doesn’t work. That continued every single time we left. We had to get new keys every other hour. Get into the room and gross…. I am in town for my grandfathers funeral, I was not about to fight for a different room, when everywhere was booked. The bath tub was filthy and I had to clean it before I could bathe my babies. Come to find out the stopper doesn’t work. Upon further inspection, the ceilings and walls were covered in filth, there was hair in the cracks, ashes on the bedsheet (we got a smoke free room) and a stain on the other bed. The couch was covered in stains. Than the breakfast was just cold. I almost checked out and stayed in my car with my kids because I was so grossed out by this hotel. I do not recommend.

After checking in my bed had no sheets and the hallway to the room smelled of cat pee. The night clerk was very helpful and got me another room. The room was much better except I would have to get my key card programmed every time to get in the room. I did meet he maintenance guy and he was able to fix the key card problem. The bathroom sink leaked and made a rhythmic drip sound, that was only slightly annoying. The front parking lot had trash strewn about and someone puked next to my vehicle during the night. The lady that worked during the day was very hard to understand what she was saying because her english was very bad. At one point there was several children on the floor playing in a hallway. The breakfast was decent, and the inside was kept clean. This hotel was more expensive than all the others in the immediate area, yet not worth the extra money.

Very friendly staff
The bathroom, sink, bedding, kitchenette area spotless. Bed was comfy. There were a LOT of stains on the carpet, but it had obviously been swept. Stain on lampshade too. The cushions were missing from the sofa- we told them not to bother finding them as we were only in the room for sleeping. Front desk offered to change our room after we told them about stains and missing cushions but we were a very late arrival and were not going to be in the room except to sleep. The breakfast was stocked, hot and the staff stocking were very helpful and polite. We would return to this hotel and give them another chance to show us a non stained carpet!
