"My husband and I travel quite a bit. We needed a hotel in OKC for one night so we chose this hotel because of the location and price. First, the front desk staff was very helpful...She even told me they "upgraded" us to a junior suite for free. When we entered our room the bedding was all on the chair and no sheets were in the bed so we contacted the AI bot front desk system they use to tell them and went out for an hour and came back and the bed was still not made. We then called to actually talk to a front desk human rep and they said they would send someone up. We then left for another hour and came back... nothing. My husband went to the front desk and talked to someone. She then got someone to get us sheets and bedding. When we woke up in the morning to shower there were no towels. I honestly think someone just forgot to finishing cleaning out room. We aren't too picky but those little things made it a less than desirable night at Wyndham. I would still give them another try if you're looking for something inexpensive and with a great location downtown. Basically- great prices , friendly staff, outdated quite a bit, great location."
