Straight ahead, you’ll find an open space living room with breathtaking sea views, a huge sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, and a complete set of cookware. From the living area, you can access the pool terrace, which is equipped with sunbeds and a large outdoor dining table for 8 people. The 24m² pool is located on the lower floor, with a terrace featuring sun chairs, beach towels, and an external shower.
The lower floor includes master bedroom #2, twin bedroom #3, and double bedroom #4. Accessed via an indoor staircase, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom can be configured as a twin room if needed. All the beds are box spring beds, ensuring comfort.
