“It’s right in the center of Broad Street with a really nice cafe downstairs that’s open at 7:00am every day and has fantastic homemade bacon breakfast burritos. The room is clean and beautiful. I had some difficulty at first getting into the building and into my room with the respective codes. The trick is to wait until the door entirely stops buzzing and only then push it open. “We rented a chalet which was very old and had a very musty smell to it, it was not clean it all. There were cobwebs in corners, dirty sinks, and the handrails and Banister rails to the stairs and Loft have never been washed down. After wiping it down three times there was still dirt on it as well as dust and cob web in between the bannister rails. Although our reservations got severely mixed up the staff was very good and kind about resolving it and refunding the double charges that I……

“Room had no working tv and would not lower room cost, no smoke detector ripped from ceiling, room dirty”

“Shabby , destitute, trashy, noisy, no blinds that worked oin windows trash and broken wash machines in the parking area, hazardous, nicely apologetic staff in an uncared for dump. It needs condemned. No chairs on some porches or in rooms!”

Parking is easy to visit historic Grass Valley or a short drive to the cool waters of the Yuba River and Nevada City. We will be back next year!”
