This Sardinian-style villa is beautifully decorated in turquoise and blue tones, with inviting wooden accents. The house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The child-friendly cottage also offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, satellite TV, and, upon request, a crib and high chair.



The highlight is the spacious outdoor area of the complex. Enjoy a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants, peacocks, and turtles. Spend relaxing hours in this peaceful atmosphere. Guests also have access to a large shared pool (open from April 5 to September 30) that lights up in 7 different colors, and a private terrace perfect for meals or unwinding with a glass of wine. Thanks to its ideal location outside the bustle of Porto Rotondo, you’ll enjoy complete privacy, with the center just a few minutes’ drive away, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The sandy Marinella Beach is 3 km away.



Parking is available. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra charge. Bed linen and towels are included and changed every 3 days.
