The property is located within the holiday village Cugnana Verde between Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo and the beautiful village of San Pantaleo. It is just a few minutes by car from beaches of the Costa Smeralda, Golfo Aranci, Palau and the Maddalena Archipelago. Every evening, there are musical and cabaret shows in the holiday village, as well as entertainment during the day on the beach.

The 50 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for one person and one for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.

The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and 2 balconies. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a a garden, a playground, an outdoor shower and a tennis court. Facilities in the holiday village: 2 mini-markets, restaurant, pizzeria, tobacconist, newsagent, bazaar, bar and sports facilities for five-a-side football and tennis.

Olbia airport is a 20-minute drive away (18 km).

The Club Card is included in the price and includes the shuttle service to the first beach of the Costa Smeralda, which can be easily reached in 5 minutes by car and is called "Rena Bianca".
