"The room we stayed in was well appointed with a comfortable bed and a powerful air conditioning unit. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in helping us navigate around. The hotel is in a great spot very close to the citadel, there is also a new laundromat on the same block. We only wish we had allowed ourselves more time here."

"Hotel needs a facelift, room was nice but over dated, breakfast was nothing special, booked hotel with a view but didn’t really enjoyed it , restaurant is mediocre and overpriced , if you ’re going to spend time outside make sure you have a bug spray as there are millions of mosquitoes. Overall I would never rated this hotel as a luxury 5 stars"

"Our short, one night stay was pain free other than the climb to the third floor. The room was clean and well appointed and the air conditioner was functional for the main cabin of room 20. Parking on site for 14 Euro made everything easy!"

"The hotel is well located a few steps from the Carcasonne fortress. We appreciate the air conditioning, comfortable bed and view of the fortress. The bathroom is snug but functional. Breakfast has a good variety of options. The eating area is tight and of course has a lot of people moving around getting drinks and food so I recommend sitting against the back wall so you don’t have a lot of traffic while enjoying your morning coffee. We visited during a few very hot days in July so the sparkling clean pool was an absolute treat."

"Room was satisfactory, parking was good. Shower was not powerful but did leak onto the bathroom floor easily meaning it was very wet. Smart TV in the room but I was told by a member of staff these were unable to be connected to the internet so I was unable to use any of the smart features which was disappointing."
