This rental is a spacious two-story house that can be easily divided into two private spaces if you prefer. This setup is ideal for extended family or any group that wants separate accommodations. By default, it will be used as a combined house, but you'll have the option to have it separated if needed.

The first floor offers a Kitchen with a living area, a twelve-seat Dining Room, a King Bedroom, a Bunk Bedroom, and a Full Bedroom, for a total of three Bedrooms with a full Bathroom.

The 2nd floor offers two King Bedrooms, a kitchen with a six-seating dining area, a large living room with a balcony with outdoor seating, and a full bathroom.

Easy instructions will be provided at check-in, and a host will be available to meet in person if you have any difficulties.

great house. very nice neighborhood a few blocks away from the main road, but close enough to restaurants, stores and bars. a good location. Again, the house is great and the hosts were very accommodating.

Super cozy and clean

We provide IOT services and needed a place to rest and recharge. We couldn’t have gotten luckier with our choice! The home was clean well stocked with necessary kitchenware and super comfortable beds. We will definitely be back in the Spring which should be even a more enjoyable trip.

Enjoyed our time

The house was as described and as it looked in the pictures. The beds were comfortable, the temperature was hot outside but the house was cooled down with air conditioners. There was a nice playground nearby for kids to play and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from for eating.

Very cute and cozy! Good location

a group of friends and I were visiting Scranton for a show in Wilkes-Barre & this was the perfect location! Nestled between both cities, it didn’t take too long to get to either. The house was very clean and cozy, lots of room & the fire pit was perfect for a chill night in before our show the next day! I would definitely rent this place again if we decide to go to the festival again next year(: there were 8 of us staying there & there was definitely extra room!

Overnight Stay

We have a large family which makes it hard to find places to stay without paying a lot of money. Eclectic house was more than enough room at a great price. It was clean, lots of room, plenty of accommodations, comfortable, and easy to access. Bonus - allows pets, with a large yard. Property manager was quick to reply and easy to work with.

graduation weekend

We were a group of 7 and 2 dogs. It was perfectly located for the venue and a lovely walkable neighborhood. The property served us well and owners were very responsive to questions (and our need to add dogs last minute) Be aware the yard is not fully fenced so use a leash and if anyone staying is older/mobility issues use caution on the steps (just because it is an older home). The bedrooms up and downstairs were perfect because we could have my parents on the first floor. It was nicely updated. Walkable to some good restaurants as well!

Good communication with the property host. It would have been nice to have a welcome letter or book to tell you something about the area. There were no instructions for the house - nothing to tell you what to do when leaving. For future renters - please note that the living room is upstairs and the steps are very steep. My husband has mobility issues and it was a struggle for him to get up and down the steps. There are also no hand holds in the bathrooms. Overall a nice property and a good stay.

Family Scranton Wedding

There were eight adults who comfortably had privacy in bedrooms in spacious, well appointed bedrooms. Loved the provisions provided for coffee in the morning. The beds were clean and comfortable. We were worried about the street parking as we had four vehicles, but the street was quiet and offed ample space for all. The home is older but has been spruced up adequately. Location was wonderful as it was quiet and a bit scenic, yet close to restaurants and stores. This house served our family very well!
