No complaints! Great stay, even with a wheelchair!
"Great service at the front desk around the clock! Huge bonus that they offer a shuttle to Mohegan. We used that service and it was great. We had a wheelchair accessible room and it was perfect for us. The bathroom was huge and very easy to navigate both the toilet and shower in a chair."

"Great hotel for the money, though it's a little off the beaten path (I had no idea where to find Old Saybrook from the hotel location). Still, it was perfect for my needs. They had a nice (free) continental breakfast and the pool area was great."
