“This may be the best VRBO experience we have ever had! Upon arrival, the view from the floor to ceiling windows was spectacular! Everything was as advertised and more, and we wanted for nothing. Our host was always prompt with her communications and told us everything we needed to think about to enhance our stay. I would definitely request to stay here again if the opportunity arises.”

“Overall, we had a great stay. The house is clean and in a great location — about halfway between Eastsound and Moran state park. We appreciated the fenced backyard for our dogs. Only negative was that there isn’t a ton of seating in the living room (one couch and a few papasan chairs that were low to the ground), which might be something to consider if you’re coming with more than 2 adults (kids probably wouldn’t mind the papasan chairs as much).”

The yard is beautiful but basically unusable because of the noise: the house is located on the island’s main road, right across from a loud business and very close to the airport; between……

“Matched the pictures. Very clean and well decorated. A full wall of windows looking out over Lummi Bay. The bird wildlife was amazing, especially as the tide came in early Sunday morning!”

“This home had everything necessary. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the whole house. Better than some hotels! The towels were super soft, the toiletries provided were of high end brand (Gilchrist and Soames), and the extra blankets were nice to have. The view was beautiful and there was a cute little beach one could walk to. We were able to cook and grill - the kitchen was well-supplied. I think the smaller pan could be replaced, but other than that I don't have any recommendations.……

“Super sweet views of the water, islands, & sky. Very nice private beach, and peaceful setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed was comfortable, couch and chairs were comfortable. The code to the door didn’t work, and after trying it numerous times, we texted Vacasa and they responded with a different code for the lock box which got us in with a key. The light above the stove, under the microwave was burned out, so cooking was dimly lit. I’m sure they will replace the bulb tho. The coffee……

“Great location, helpful staff. The hotel is centrally located in Birch Bay so everything you want is within walking distance. Beach Cat Brewery and The Beach bar are right beside the hotel for great eats, beverages and live music. The beach is literally across the street. Our one bedroom suite was large and had a full, well equipped kitchen with partial ocean view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. ”
