11,000 sq ft Villa nestled on 1.5 lush acres with Caribbean sea in your back yard and Mountains of Montserrat in your front yard. Relax in a private pool or walk in the gardens while enjoying the fruits from the many trees on the property when in season. Conveniently located to several restaurants and beaches. 10 min hike or 4 min drive to Woodland beach. Dine in the indoor or outdoor area. Watch the sunset from several different patios. This is how the Caribbean used to be.

Awesome Vacation

Adam’s Place is the place to stay in Montserrat. We hated to leave. Ed and Rea were great to communicate with, Kristina and Sunny as property managers were exceptional. The house is superbly furnished, kitchen is amazing, and you cannot beat the sunsets as you lounge on the patio and pool. The grounds are so pretty also. Toni, the private chef, cooked us a fantastic breakfast and two awesome dinners. I wanted to take her home with me. Sunny gave us a tour of the volcano which was spectacular. We love Montserrat and hadn’t been back in 20+ years. We will be back and will definitely rent Adams Place again. Thank you Ed, Rea, Kristina, Sunny and Toni.

Amazing!!!

Staying at adams place was the ultimate Monserrat experience! We enjoyed having the entire villa to ourselves, it was perfect for our romantic getaway but there was plenty of room to bring the whole family next time! The property manager, Kristina, was so kind and attentive to all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed and having Toni as our private chef for the day was unbeatable! Her food is amazing! We watched the sunset from the saltwater pool every evening and the beach was pretty close too! the only bad part was having to leave at the end of our vacation. When you come to Monserrat Adams Place is THE place to stay!
