"We had a good experience with our first reservation, but it was unexpected and we needed two beds. We are couple with a 12-year-old. We left a great review and then extended for another day with two beds, but then we were very disappointed in the attitude of the staff. When we attempted to switch rooms at 11, they told us that we’d have to check out and wait four hours in the lobby or come back at 3, which it was very cold we didn’t have a car we were visiting from California and didn’t have anywhere else to go. They said they had to clean rooms, but made some excuse about it being a Pest Control day so we’d have to wait until regular checkout time. So we ended up staying in our One bed which was super inconvenient and awkward, but not only that, they didn’t wanna give us towels or extra pillows for one of us to sleep on the floor. A 12 year-old and stepfather do not want to sleep in the same bed that was just so inconsiderate of them. We explained that to them and we know they could’ve moved us when we needed it. We just thought there was a better more hospitable way of them handling things."
