The pre-stay email contains the owner's contact information, and they encourage guests to reach out with any questions or issues while you were in residence to make your stay most comfortable. - This is the first time the owner has received this type of feedback. They checked the home and didn't find any odor issues. - We’ve confirmed that we do state the square footage in the listing description, and there is plenty of room for eight guests to stay comfortably, which is the maximum occupancy. - The home is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. The owner will pass along your feedback to the cleaner so they can look into the items you mention, and if needed, address them for future guests.
