As mentioned above, this building is in the midst of a major deck renovation project, with construction activity taking place Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That means you can expect noise, dust, debris, and construction crews during those weekday hours. Decks are completely unusable at this time for safety reasons.

The upside? Nights and weekends are quiet, and if you're planning to be out hiking, biking, swimming, or exploring Tahoe during the day — this is your chance to score a seriously discounted stay. We’ve priced these units well below normal rates for guests who just need a comfy, convenient place to recharge between outdoor adventures.

• 1,741 square feet with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, full kitchen, and living area, and washer/dryer. Please note the living room gas fireplace is not working.
• The main bedroom has a king bed and a large full bathroom. Bedrooms two and three each have queen beds and full bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own television.
• The living space has a sectional sofa with a queen sofa bed, television, and DVD player.
• The kitchen includes utensils, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker stove top and oven.
• The Three Bedroom Condominium accommodates 6 to 8 people.

The open space is a wonderful place to gather and relax together. The dining table easily accommodates four people with four more beautiful wooden seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, range and oven.

The primary bedroom is practically large enough to be its own condominium! A king bed, sofa, reading chair, and television make for a great escape and relaxation zone. The en-suite bathroom is large and has a full tub and shower plus an additional standup shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, television and full bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed, leather reading chair, television, and full bath with separate vanity area.

The condominium has beautiful alpine views, a washer dryer, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This three-bedroom ski-in/ski-out condominium sits adjacent to the Palisades Tahoe Lodge courtyard with views of the Tram Face.
