This place was horrible. I called and requested when I first arrived to fix the refrigerator and microwave which were both plugged in to be fixed. No one showed up. I had food that needed to be refrigerated. Needless to say that was no good the next day. Took a shower in this gross tub. The toiletries they supplied were previously used and looked dirty. No I did not use the stuff, but I expected it to be fresh and unused.The staff was so nonchalant about the cockroaches they had. I didnot see them the day Ichecked in, I went out at night came back and crashed immediately. I did not check the room again before I wentto sleep. I woke up to take a shower before my event I needed to attend. While preparing to take said shower that’s when I noticed the first roach crawling on the wall. I went and grabbed my phone off the bed to take a picture that when I noticed more by the bed. It was so bad that I refused to eat breakfast there before Ieft. I will not eat at a place that has bugs. The lady at the front desk did not care and tried to say she offered me another room but I refused…. How when I was only there one night. I was too busy trying to take a shower and get out of that roach infested room before any got into my things if they hadn’t already (I only saw 4 of them but I’m sure there were more) I am now itching from the thought of sleeping with bugs. (Insert Cry emoji) I wish I could add more photos and had the ability to add videos. I’m totally and thoroughly disgusted.

Staff very friendly,room was very nice just a a couple cosmetic problems such as on room door frame was mangel. And some small stains on chairs. Others wise amazing space nice view,the small cosmetic problems will not stop me from using them again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

This place is FILTHY. I will say that the red headed front desk agent was great and very nice. I wish I would’ve looked at reviews first because it’s NOTHING like the photos look like. I would rather sleep in a gas station over night. We were passing through and stayed here for a quick night. The exterior has trash everywhere, the hotel smells so bad, my sheets had holes in them, there was suppose to be a tiki bar but instead there was a nasty little Indian restaurant there for some reason that made the hotel smell so bad, the check out front desk lady looked like she just rolled out of bed, the owner was running around carrying boxes when he should be more concerned with the filthy property, and the rooms smells like someone smoked and entire pack of Marlboro reds. It’s clearly a business owed by a private owner that takes zero pride in there hotel. It was like a stayed in a nasty little hotel in New Delhi.

Parking lot is shared with a bar so parking was awful. The bar had music blasting outside plus strobe lights shining outside both of which came right into our room. The elevator and hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The door trim to the inside of the bathroom looked like it had been shredded by a dog. Any room maintenance that had been done looked like it had been done by a 5 year old. Breakfast was not great, eggs were cardboard and waffles were soggy.

Everything is dirty starting at the elevators. Smells like stale cigarette smoke. My king suite had two bathrooms each with drop ceilings…..covering mold. Sticky spots on carpet to the point where I couldn’t take my shoes off. A broken window had been taped along the crack. Everything was just nasty.

The bathroom had mold on the handles. There was brown liquid leaking down the walls from the ceiling. The peep hole was missing on the door anyone could look into our room. I had the room reserved for 3 nights and only stayed one.
