I made a reservation through Expedia for last Saturday 3 days in advance, it was for 2 Queen beds. The next day I get a message from Expedia saying that they do not have a room with 2 Queen beds for me and to reply cancel if I did not want a room with a King bed, which I did I texted "cancel". The day of, Saturday they call me from the hotel and tell me that a room with 2 Queen beds has become e and if I still want it and I said no, I already have a room. They still charged me for the room, like most hotels in the are have a non refundable policy which I anderstood, but it was nit my fault they could not accomodate my request. I called as soon as I saw the charge on my card, the lady was not happy and woukd not listen to my complaint. She said she would send me an invoice showing the refund but that never happened. I had to start a despute through my credit card in order to ger a refund. Please don't even give this place a chance they are not honest.
