“The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are separate from the main building, some further than others. The room was spacious and clean with nice decor and style. Beds were very comfortable Setting is beautiful, with a lovely view of the mountains and sunset. Nice infinity swimming pool. There were a few things that didn't seem in keeping with the price of the hotel. There was no matress protector or pillow covers. No separate bath and shower toiletries were provided. The portions……

“Disappointing stay. The deck overlooking the Kunene River which is featured in the advertisement for the property is stunning. However, nothing else lived up to these expectations. Our booking showed a hotel room and when we arrived we were shown to what was apparently a "guides" room. The room was small, dark and dingy and was closed with a lock on a latch. For the less money at other locations in the area we received a far better deal. We asked to be moved as this was not good for the amount……
