“Location was perfect, centered between Arcadia & Port Charlotte. Clean and nicely furnished. Wrap around porch and decorative lighting was relaxing. Internet had some Buffering at times (t-Mobile) but was adequate! The Best part was of course the man cave. Would be a great place to meet with friends for a weekend! The exterior pics are before Ian and not everything is perfectly Landscaped. This property would be great during the summer. The Tiki bar & pool (not heated) as well as the pond with……

“The house was very spacious, clean & had everything we needed. We were in town for a weekend family gathering. Several family members did get to enjoy the airboat rides - walking distance from the house. We will rent again when visiting family!”

“The house was very modern and comfortable. I appreciated all the dishes and kitchen gadgets. Pool area is beautiful, although we weren’t able to use the pool because of the cool weather. Door code is nice so you don’t have to deal with keys.”

“The house was very nice and clean. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions you may have. The only thing that I didn’t like was not being able to park in the garage. I didn’t think it would be an issue but it rained the whole time I was there so any time we went anywhere we got wet. Also bring your own towels because you only get 1 towel per person. “Well maintained farm property near a state park. Plenty of space for spreading out and chilling. Short drives for fossil hunting or canoeing in the Peace River. Slightly longer but easily doable drives to the Venice area beaches. We enjoyed the smell of the nearby blooming orange trees, a resident sand crane and other wildlife. Very helpful and responsive homeowner. I would highly recommend this property.”
