Room was clean and staff very accommodating for fresh towels or anything we needed. The only downfall we had was no automatic doors for access at the entrance to hotel in a wheelchair. Made it a little diffucult.

The staff were very nice. There was a gap all the way around our door. The heat took about 3 hours to warm the room up enough for us to take our coats and hats off. The hot water lasted about 3 minutes and then it cooled off rapidly. The TV remotes didn’t work on the TV in our room. Overall, it was ...
