“Excellent stay. We have a glamping just for a night and we enjoyed the pre-arrival calls and email making sure we can find the location well. Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to support their work as well as to enjoy a bit of relax atmosphere in Port Stephens.”

“House was great but experience with owners was terrible. We were watched continually all weekend on the external cameras. Huge invasion of privacy and not enjoyable. The owners kept texting us throughout with ridiculous requests such as removing items left on the grass. They then tried to sting us for the entire bond for damage we did not do. A clear money grab, we had thankfully taken our own photos on arrival to call them out on this. Save yourself the hassle”

“When I made the booking, it is a two bedrooms room. However, the design of this room is strange. It has one big door and has two doors on left and right. It just like a two separate rooms. My kids are small and cannot accept this room type. However, I get upgrade for my room type and live in a house that is great.
