「When I arrived the manager of the property was at the lockbox wear my keys were. He gave me an awesome greeting. The other people there made me a little nervous at first. But when I started talking to them I realized they were good people. If you are needing a place to stay for a good price I would recommend.」

「Easy check in. Condo was spotless. Great view of ocean from deck.」

「Good location, and pet friendly but pretty dated, lots of road noise, and could use some more cleaning, not sure if its the plumbing but certain areas smelled like something died and there were stains on the comforter in one of the rooms. Overall it served its purpose so cant complain too much.」

「I hate to leave bad reviews because I know it affects other people. But there was roaches. And I mean multiple roaches. One actually climbed on me while I was on the couch. It’s a no go for me.」

「Great location-everything we needed was within walking distance. Excellent restaurant next door, downtown Swansboro was just across the road and water activities on site. Will definitely stay here again.」

「Such a fun family vacation. The pools were all clean, beach was lovely and the condo was clean and comfortable. We slept well in all of the beds and enjoyed the on site restaurant that had live music on the weekend. Would stay again!」
