"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Robby, our host, was friendly, quickly responded to our texts regarding any questions, gave us recommendations of things to do in the area and generally very helpful. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Television had a Roku, which was very nice. We weren’t sure what to expect so we brought our own device, but we did not need to use it. The house is shared, but I felt very safe staying there. The property is beautiful. It was fun seeing the chickens. This was a beach trip with my 16-year-old daughter and my last summer with her as she will be joining the military. Our host made this occasion memorable for us. Definitely would stay again. "

"A property that makes you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to do exactly as we planned…wake up and go to the beach on repeat. Each bedroom faces the beach which is nice. We fit 7 people very comfortably. The host Susan is very responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. She knows what she’s doing. Location was great for adults, older kids wanted more activities but honestly, that’s not what the adults went there for so location to us was perfect. The beach was private and clean. Easy walk to the pier. Shark tooth and shell hunting was fun. It really was the perfect place to feel like a home away from home in a small beach town. If we decide to go back to Topsail, we will definitely look forward to staying at this property again. It can easily be a repeat beach house for tradition. "

"The first thing you notice about the house when you walk in is the great clean smell and comfort of the air without the high humidity. The house is a perfect size for my family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All you need for a great stay is provided. There are beach chairs, beach cart, and boogie boards plus 2 coolers. We only used the cart to take our stuff to the bottom of the steps in the morning and to bring it back in the afternoon. The house is located in a low-key area that is not so crowded with houses which leaves you with an open space on the beach every day. You are a short (8 to 15 mins) drive to all types of grocery stores, beach shops, and restaurants. Next street over within a short walking distance, you will find Andrews Produce that has fresh produce each day like corn, butter beans, watermelon, and more plus my favorite, boiled peanuts.If you like low country boil, I recommend Topsail Steamer. You bring it back home in the provided bucket and cook it in the bucket using their provided seasoning and instructions. I will definitely be wanting to stay again. Look at the great view of the intercoastal waterway I took one evening from the deck."
