“This home was perfect accommodation for us while my son was able to take a few days off from boot camp. The ambiance is cozy, modern, and welcoming. All the necessities were there so we were able to easily make home-cooked meals. The claw foot tub made for a lovely Saturday morning. Drive to Fort Moore was only 17 minutes and the downtown riverwalk was a really cool spot. We all enjoyed our time to the max. Thank you!”

“This house was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extra toiletries that were left for our use if needed. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but seems fairly standard for the surrounding area. This area is red on the crime map which I discovered after booking it and after my cancelation window was closed. Dewayne tried to charge me more for extra guests when I asked if I would have enough towels and washcloths for 5 people even though the house is advertised……

“House is old so has some quirks and could use updating but overall it did the job we needed. We planned to prepare and eat all meals there.The kitchen was short on some essentials - ie no sponge no pancake turner, measuing cups or measuring spoons. The kitchen has only one outlet which is not conveniently located and only one appliance can be plugged in at once. Living room was spacious and good seating but the only light was a small accent lamp that was not even enough light to read by. On……

“Frank and Nick are fantastic to work with, very responsive and even had a boat available for us while we were there checking out the lake. We had a wonderful time and would stay with them again. With that said, condo is showing its age. It could use some new paint and a thorough cleaning. We like to cook and had to wash some dishes before using. However, this particular condo would not keep us from coming back - Enjoyable stay.”
