「Overall the hotel is good but two comments:
1. Breakfast a bit disappointing for the price. We had stayed in a hotel in Algiers for more or less the same price but which served much better Breakfast.
2. The cleaning lady threw away my wife's person item without asking.」

「The front desk staff went beyond their duties to make me feel at home. The rooms are basic but very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is in a good location for visiting many of the sights . Definitely will stay there again when next time in Oran.」

「Average Stay - Decent, but room for improvement
Overall, my stay was okay and met basic expectations. The location was convenient and easy to find, which was a plus.
The room was acceptable and reasonably clean, though some amenities felt a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. The staff were polite, but service efficiency and response time could definitely be improved. Breakfast options were simple and acceptable, but lacked variety.
It is a decent choice for a short, budget-friendly stay,...

「Initially was going to give it 1 star across the board because I had a terrible check in. However, Whalid/Waheem was fantastic in taking over from the staff member I was dealing with before and being extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I think the whole reception front desk would crumble without his dedication to his job and being so good at it. The hotel is located at an amazing location for tourists where you are close to so many of the attractions within walking distance. ...

「Really great, first class hotel located on the tram line. Super comfy beds, wonderful breakfast buffet. Most of all, excellent customer service! The two lovely ladies at the front desk spoke English and answered all of our questions cheerfully.
They do need to fix the second elevator 😊」
