「Our recent stay was wonderful! The host was very responsive with any questions, everything felt clean, and it was fully stocked with any items needed for cooking! We would definitely come back and stay again 」

「Great location, safe, and clean. It is an older complex so the unit is definately a little worn but the furniture was nice and the beds are comfortable. However, it is a downstairs unit and you can hear every footstep upstairs. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best spot for you. 」

「The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating.
