「Place was clean and nice to stay in. Easy to get around to downtown Raleigh. 」

「The apartment was Instagram pleasant when we walked in. Overall description of the unit was lacking. It is in a very large complex which isn't very nice from the outside. The unit is on the third floor with outdoor stair access only. When we got in, there were a dozen air fresheners and 2 air purifiers - the unit below held a smoker and I believe all these air fresheners was to mitigate that smell. The unit also has a pest problem that the owners are working on remedying, but it hadn't been...

「Apartment was great, very nice. There was 3 beds we only used one but it was very comfortable. Host communicated very quickly and was very helpful. Only downfall was the upstairs tenants jumped and ran all night till about 3am so being up late and checking out at 10am was not fun, but Tom was great and apartment was clean. If you can ignore jumping perfect location to everything.」
