“Check in was easy. Max met us and showed us where everything was at. Max and Anne even met us at departure to wish us safe travels. I’ve stayed at many places and this place offers the most amount of amenities, from cleaning supplies to coffee to odd and end things like sunburn care. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. It is located on the back side of their home, but my privacy was maintained. The landscape around the pool and home offer plenty of privacy. Replies to my messages were quick. ……

“We stayed for 3 nights - four days with 8 adults and 10 children 13 and under. Wonderful space! We invited other relatives to spend the day and we could celebrate a birthday. It was special and very comfortable. We liked in special of the spacious kitchen downstairs, the game space and the beautiful pool. We also walked around the neighborhood and loved the place.Thank you to the hosts and we plan on coming back.”

“This host was absolutely fantastic and the cottage was perfect. We arrived late and let them know that, and they left the outside lights on for us. The place is brand spanking new and the host is so kind to provide little extras. We didn’t stop for supper on the way and was able to have some snacks and drinks so we did not have to go to bed hungry. Had also forgotten a couple toiletries and there was something there for us to use. There is even some first aid supplies that I was grateful for……

“The apartment was in a great location. Easy walk to the square and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to enjoy a drink on the balcony before dinner. We would definitely stay again.”

“The property itself is nice, the tiny home sits in the back yard of a ranch/farm, so everything is quiet.The tiny home is a little quirky - the bathroom floor is weird and unstable, and one of the ladders is a bit of a pain to use. The property is clean and tastefully decorated, with overall nice amenities.We were VERY disappointed to learn that the hot tub - the biggest deciding factor for us choosing this listing - was "out of commission". The host never communicated this to us until we were……

“This place is an amazing find. Host is welcoming and you can tell how much pride he takes in his property. It is a quite spot close to, but away from the crowds at the University. We saw a momma deer and her two fawns, and found the tree frogs on the windows at night amusing. Definitely plan on staying again when Iwe are Gainesville. ”
