“We had a great time staying at the Squirrel’s Nest. The location is secluded but still only 15 minutes away from Shenandoah. The cabin was warm & cozy and a perfect escape from everyday life. Hot tub was a plus!”

“A very nice and clean, spacious house and property. Unfortunately our recent May 2nd - 5th stay was plagued with poor, spotty rainy weather except for the arrival night so we didn't get to utilize all of the of outdoor features associated with the property. Having firewood available for the firepit was a nice convenience. We definitely would consider staying there again. Please note to be careful walking on the outside stone pathways, some become a little slippery when wet.”

“Overall we loved this property. We travel from ct annually to visit friends in the area and always stay on lake anna. This was our favorite property so far. House was huge and the price point was perfect. You are one mile from food lion and dollar general. I've never stayed that close! Two decks to choose from for enjoying morning coffee.
