“The check in process was fairly simple, we had a hiccup but it was rectified quickly. The house is a lovely property in a great neighborhood. Very clean. Very convenient to everything. Beautiful pool area. A couple of cons, it is very noisy in the pool area due to the proximity to a very heavily traveled noisy main thoroughfare. Hard to have a conversation at times. The furniture in the house is worn and stained but I do get it is a rental but it could use some updating as can the overhead……

“We loved staying here! The condo was clean and beautiful inside. The view out on the back screened in porch was great. We really enjoyed the location and were able to fish in the Everglades, go shelling on Marco Island, Sanibel Island and Lovers Key State Park. We visited Naples Pier and checked out the night life in the area. The condo has a huge TV and it was fun to watch March Madness basketball. Overall an excellent place to stay!”

“Overall it was a pleasant experience. Communication was lacking at the beginning but significantly improved. The check-in, in my opinion, of 4pm was late. The yard was not as inviting to lounge at as anticipated. The hostess, Ivone, was very nice and offered good suggestions for dining and entertainment for the area. The interior space was newly renovated, very comfortable and super clean! The only drawback was some minor inconveniences with the overhead fan and remote control for TV. We wanted……

“I loved the location. Step across the street and you are on the beach. Top floor of the building too. I knew ahead of time that the building is mid construction from the hurricane still. I was fine with that. The host can’t change that. I was happy with the price that he offered. It was loud at the building during working hours. Once again I was forwarned of this and I agreed to it. Overall a great stay for the price that it was offered at.”
