"a functionally adequate room, room was clean. Bed and pillows are not very comfortable. Lots of people talking in the hallways. The curtain is the exact size of the window and about 10" away from the window so the very bright lights from the parking area illuminate the room. Bring a sleep mask and ear plugs. The breakfast area is really small and only has 2 tables for eating so there's no room if there are already other guests eating. All the room keys stopped working in the morning, so I made my breakfast, went back to the room juggling it all, had to come back down where the guy at the front desk told me all the room keys stopped working. Too bad he didn't tell me that when I interacted with him while I was making my bagel. Had to get a new key made and juggle my breakfast while going back up to the room a second time. Would not stay here again."

"Toilet did not work.Unflushable. Noise of toilet running all night was only drowned out by the rattle of the air conditioner and the racket of trucks downshifting on the highway. Breakfast was dismal. When I tried the apple juice, a foul smelling brown glob was dispensed. Eggs were served in lukewarm pucks. No meat. I settled on a peelable banana, a sealed yogurt, and hot water. Shampoo in the shower had been watered in the container so it was runny. Carpet had an odd smell (pets?) and the entire room had an air freshener odor. I stayed in motels like this with my parents when I was a child, almost 60 years ago. I do not think that this motel has seen many improvements since then. "

"The staff was very friendly and offered good information about the area. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. The air conditioner/ heat was effective and quiet running. "

"It was a small room with good surfaces for belongings. The fridge was ample. TV remote was slow to respond, parking lot small. I would have rated it higher, but I contracted for a no smoking room and it turned out to be an interior adjoining room and the occupants next door began smoking and my room filled with enough smoke that it was as if several people were smoking in MY room. A call to the front desk resulted in the neighbors being reminded to smoke outside and the sound of duct tape being applied around the other side of the adjoining door. The staff apologized to me. I actually slept very well."

"Cozy, quiet cabin. Loved having a wood burning and just enjoyed the peace and quiet evenings. Went to nearby Raystown Lake for fishing during the day, and appreciate apet friendly rental for Maxx can vacation with us"

"Breakfast was average, but area was clean and well stocked. Pool is small with ni hot tub, but our grandchildren loved having the whole pool to ourselves, so that was a win. Staff was efficient and polite. Even though there were a lot of cars in the lot, the building was very quiet. Elevators were quick."
