“Amazing English Breakfast and clean room”

“This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.”

“The place was not open when I tried to get in all doors were locked, the receptionist didn't have my booking details. There was a set of building steps at the door that I needed access to get into my room. The room stank of paint and the pictures in the advertisement was not the same as the room that I was given. The phone number that was advertised on the entrance did not exist. The place was a horrible tip thats why I lefr after an hour.”

“Never again , felt so unsafe , listing said it was 0.3 to emirates but actually 7.7 miles from the emirates , doors not safe , wardrobe all leaning against side wall , bed held up with 3x2 and creaky has hell , there was a fan that when i turned it on it fell apart and cover started going round as well as the fan blade , dodgey lamp , neighbours arguing ,ppl walking in and walking round late ,, gangs outside staring when we arrived , then to top it off we both been bitten by something ,, all il……

“clean room nothing special”

“The room was spacious and very clean, the staff were fantastic. Looking forward to staying there again.”

“Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday.”

“Didnt like the shower curtain or fixed shower head which was too high. I had requested a twin room etc which hadnt been noted.”

“Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close……
