There is a separate apartment over the garage that is not accessible to guests during their stay. There are 6 large bedrooms upstairs with 4 bathrooms including 2 ensuite. Main level great room, chef's kitchen with large island, half bath, and study. Lower level has bunk room with 6 bunk beds, large full bathroom, and game room with arcade games and large TV/couch. Large rap around decks with outdoor dining and barbecue area.

1 acre lot with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. There is a one bedroom apartment on the property above the garage that is off limit to guests, occupied by property manager, they are normally not on site during stays. Any pets or events require prior approval.
